A few days ago I requested my account balances for both USD and IQD accounts and I have received them flawlessly today from Miss R.

EVERY dated detailed deposit, transaction fee , and sub-monthly balances from January 1, 2004 (although I opened my account in August). were presented in an computer generated (Not as before wiith a tractor feed printer, but a laser multiple font printer) english format With a Warka seal and signature.

Miss R and Warka Investment Bank are foreign investor conscientious.

I recieved some 1meg picture file through hotmail didnt go through cuz it was to big, and the text was all arabic, and got some wierd .tif image in arabic thinking its my statement?

This might help. I found this link that offers online translation services and arabic language classes for a fee. It could come in handy when your next statement comes.
I'll search again for a website that offers free arabic language classes.
