somone posted about the tax cut that GW siged for capital gains

after searching the net for the law i've come up with this

Jobs and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003.

Every investor should be aware of this law. 2008 will be a big year in terms of tax benefits ( no cap gains, yahoo!!!!).
