The session is also scheduled to name members of the constitutional amendments committee and to make a first reading of a draft investment law. Monday’s session witnessed an agreement between the main parliamentary blocs to set up a constitutional amendments committee.
since theyve already read the foreign investment law twice this must be the oil investment law's first reading.

boy oh boy i wish these damn things would do something a r/v would be very nice but i am now tired of looking at these and even if they don't or do a reprint i just want it over,

i will have to get a life when this is over lol

anyway besides that my new baby boy Dylan is doing fine 20 days old today wonder if they r/v before he is 21 lol
