The deputy from the Iraqi List Safiya Suhail, Dr. Mahmoud Almshahadani decided that today's meeting of the House of Representatives secret to discuss some matters that have to do with members of the Iraqi Parliament.

The Suhail summarized in a statement by the PUKmedia Dr. Mahmoud Almshahadani suggested that the deputy minister with equal rights....

my guess is......

the Kurds have the right Idea, and are forging ahead with the oil exploration....AND making deals with " out siders" for oil sharing...

the ies, and Sunnies are trying to cut each others throats, literally, and the country is kinda breaking up.....

the Kurds want to move ahead, and start making money...and arent going to wait for the S & S....to get their stuff straight...it will take years to do that



so I figure this is a last ditch effort to " mediate a truce between the S & S....or risk a.) civil war b.) a breakup of immaginable purportion , like the Kurds starting their own country. and telling the Iraqi " government " to go fly a kite...we'll do it ourselves...

maybe this is what the S & S need to see...the Kurds getting rich while they squable over who stole who's goat...50 years ago...
