Is Amer out of business? Look at all the dealer ads!
What's happening to this site?
"Forum Rule #2: Discussions about other dinar traders/websites are not allowed
Just a reminder that this is not permitted on IIF, either publicly or in private messages. It has come to our attention that people are trying to promote other sites through various methods. A whole thread was rejected today because of this.
If you have done this in the past then please stop. Maybe it wasn't clearly understood, but now it is as clear as day.
If you are found in violation of this rule, your account will be terminated and IP blocked.
No questions asked."
So, rule number 2 is null and void then??

Sounds like the 'rule' needs an amendment to me???????????? Joan, you will need to check to see if there is a rule that govern admendments to discover the process here. It could read like this: Forum Rule #2: Discussions about other dinar traders/websites are not allowed (with the exception of Amer's website www.****.***).
All in favor?

I guess I'm a little confused. Are you referring to all of the dealer listings on the page you log in to? (not the home page but what guests see at the top) That's been there for a very long time.
No Amer is not out of business.
Dan is testing some things out on the forum. That's what she's referring to.
And to clarify, IIF isn't a dealer site. Amer doesn't own or run IIF. In fact, our guests see ads to other dealers sites.

Thanks for clearing that up. I tend to forget that my screens look different from others. :drunk:

I think that's the where rule of common sense kicks in.
