Is there anyone on this forum that knows of any place, such as a bank, in Canada that deals in the dinar? I am located in central Alberta and would really appreciate any information. Thanks to all in advance.

I am in Kingston, Ontario and just checked the TD Canada Trust today. They DO NOT deal in dinar.

I think your best best will be Scotia Bank. They are pretty international. If anyone deals in dinar it will be Scotia. (You might want to try Money Mart. They deal international currency but take huge percentages. I suspect they would sell, but likely not buy it.) Also, check the money exchange booth at the airport.

Are you looking for a place to exchange when the time comes? Or are you looking to purchase additional dinars?

For exchange purposes you might want to check with the international airports. For purchasing additional dinars, the company I deal with is very reliable and will ship to Canada.

I live in Southern Ontario, Canada, and I purchased my Dinar at the CIBC. I ordered it and two days later I picked it up at the bank...no problem. Prior to that I was buying it from a dealer in the States where I paid a whole lot more because of the charges they had plus the exchange rate.
