Today one of my associates went to purchase from Chase again in Upstate NY. Previously when he went in he purchased 1 million for 767.67/Million. Today his rate was 782.20. First of all it was nice to see the rate reflects what is happening with the perpetual revaluation that is going on. Secondly, I thought it was most notable that he was only allowed to purchase 3 million. Not too sure what the cap is for but it seems like an internal limit.

My question to all those who have purchased from Chase, Have you tried selling them back to them at all, and if so what did they charge?

I purchased recently from chase in NYC.
the buy price was approximately 12% 0ver the XE.COM price (price I paid).
The sell price (price I was quoted the would buy back at). was approximately 9% below the XE.COM exchange price.

Hope that helps .

A PLEASANT EVENING TO ALL

I tried to research about dinars on official site of Chase bank. I could not find any. I would like to buy from them. Can any one of you provide me the link with chase bank branches either in New York or Virginia ?

Regards,

Thank you :)

Don't know what to make of this, I contacted my the local Chase branch in Oct. I called and was informed that they were selling and I didn't need an account, I just got of the phone with same, and the conversation went like this;

Bank; can I help you?

Me; Can I speak to the foriegn exchange teller?

Bank; Do you have an account?

Me; Not at this time

Bank; What currency do you hold and wish to sell?

Me; I'm not selling I want to buy

Bank; which currency?

Me; Iraq dinar

Bank; We are no longer selling, We were told they were worthless, try American express or BoA!

CLICK!!

I got the distinct feeling that if I were selling they would have purchased, but since I wanted to buy, she wanted of the phone before I began to raise a bunch of questions as to why the change in policy!

Maybe, headquarters sent a memo, that they were not to sell, but buy back in order to reign in the currency! Am I reaching! or what!:drunk:

Just a little, even I wish that was the case. Mostly likely it's as the legend says.. You may have to pay your local Chase a visit to buy IQD.

So the decisions are left to local branch managers, and not Chase bank policy? Now I think I'm ticked!!

Hi Dinar_Millionaires,

I was asking this question several times in this forum. Never got answer. Are you guys really buying from chase ? I can't believe. Appreciate your help if any one of you give me branch details(along with phone#) in NewYork or Virginia to buy dinars.

Thx

I just can't figure it out...?...why don't all Chase Banks deal in Dinar?...wouldn't you think it would be a Company policy...?? go figure....All the Chase banks here in the Salt Lake valley,Utah, deal in it ....
