hello I am new the question is following here the this plenty of salesmen here who lie to sell and also they think that that the central bank did not take measures against the speculators also they think that they did not remove tickets from high denomination of circulation

what is the rate people on the ground in the shops are using? 3-6 months back I tought I heard 1000-1250:1. If they are using between 1000-1250, then an r/v of 1000:1 wouldnt really change a thing.
