Let's see, now why would someone talented enough to counterfeit Iraqi dinar waste their time counterfeiting worthless currency? Hmmmm, to be a good fake, it must at least appear to have a number of the real security features. That takes more time and effort. Now, once you've made a really good fake, you cannot use it to buy anything outside of Iraq. Oh, but you could sell it on e-bay or on the internet where you could be traced and caught once the counterfeits are uncovered. This sounds like a very, very smart way to use your counterfeiting talents for fun and profit. Give me a break!!!!!!!!!:mad: To this date, no one, and I mean no one has ever proven that counterfeit new Iraqi dinar exist. I won't believe it until I see it.

Hi guys, do any of you know if 10,000 note on NID have any UV light feature on it?

I am wondering cause i just bought some and it have all the securities feature such as watermark, raised ink, the security thread even the smell is the same. :mmm:

the only thing missing is the UV light feature that i can't find using my UV flashlight :crying2: .

Yes!!! ALL "Authentic" IQD have the UV security feature that shows the denomination!!! Has the UV source you are useing worked on other denominations to reveal this feature? If the answer is NO...or! you haven't tried it on other denoms....I'd advise you to do so BEFORE you get TOO worried! Some UV sources doesn't work to well...wrong wave length! If your UV light DOES work on other notes? You better check your 10K notes again......You may have the "First Verifiable" Counterfiets!!!:thinking:
