Just think about what may happen to the other banks when Iraqi's find out their accounts are not insured as written.

Takes a long time to build trust, takes only one bad move to destroy it.

This is why Iraqi's do not have their money in the their banks and probablly laughing at us. These banks are open vaults to the corruption where every one has thier cut.
