Nowhere except an Iraqi bazaar. Any bank you go to will operate on a spread. Just happens that Chase has a larger one than most since this is a volatile period for the Dinar.

Even after the value rises, this is what you'll get. You'll almost never be able to exchange for the current exchange rate.......

I am just wondering if anyone knows whether or not Chase will exchange IQD for USD...or do they only sell dinar?

A friend of mines just came back from Chase a few minutes ago where he purchased dinars for .00088650. The rate has increased!

Chase bank in Sarasota FL and Chase bank in NJ have verified in person that the rates are now 1/3/2007 at $886 per million and buy back is now $754.72

Now the question is, why is the rate going up when the CBI already stated that the rate is frozen ?

You guys are extremely fortunate. Stuck in AK and have to order over the internet. If anyone can tell me how to get a rate like that, that would be awesome!! Looking for 5K notes or smaller. Would like another mil. Any wise guys??? If not, may have to wait for ME to open back up and buy on the ISX, but afraid it might be to late! YIKES!!! TIA
