It is going to happen when we least expect it. We could wake up tomorrow and it opens on the forex at the current rate. Then we will all be upset if it never moves. It doesn't have to open at a higher rate. It could very well stay the same. My personal beliefs is it will climb before it opens on the forex. As it climbs, then the supply and demand will kick in. Or we could just sit back and see what the ISX is doing. If the ISX opens to foreign investors and when it opens to foreign investors, then we might get a better idea of when it is going to open on the forex.
