Looks like the bid for the ISX program is held up at this time. I cannot find any info on anyone making the ISX ready for the world at this time.

It's all about getting the ATS(Automated Trading System)& the Clearing, Settlement, Depository and Registry System (CSDR) up to speed, relating to the infrasructure, and having banks like HSBC & Standard Charter in-country on the Ground.(which also has all to do with the dinar opening on forex)
Until then- IMO we will get no firm dates.
The last email I got from ISX was optimistic in its 6 month projection (June2005)

If this was a movie, the soundtrack would come on and a group of us from the Investors Iraq Forum (all tanned and pretty) would hop a MAC flight to Baghdad, code the ISX/Forex system, all before Bon Jovi reaches the end of the song...

So, I am tall (by oompa lumpa standards) and can code... anyone else aboard? (lol...)

Lets git-r-done! (cant believe I just wrote that)
