Not getting worst, getting better. Just like the dinar when it goes down it is actually going higher. Working it's way to the positive side of the penny. At the present time it is way on the negative side of the penny.

Picked up 10 mil a few weeks ago myself.....hell, at the current price, I've blown more than that on a good night out with friends.

Thnx for the well wishes....I'm not sure what you have read, but the stock market is booming, and quite a lot of upwards pressure is being put on the currency.....think it was Dec the dong increased .25%, the most in MANY years.....anyway, as I said, even if I lose it ALL (which won't happen), I'm not losing any sleep over it as that amount of money I paid for it doesn't change my life, nor lifestyle one bit.

Call me crazy, but the way I read this post was that it lost 10 points...that it actually depreciated. It does not look like it went up 10 points from the way that post was worded at all.

That is why i thought it is getting worse. The way it reads it was at 16.069 and went up to 16.079.

It's all in the presentation, but your right.
Went to 16.079,00 dong /US dollar from 16.069 dong/ US dollar today.
Yesterday: 16.069
Today: 16,079
May translate better. It is a -10 weaker.
Put another way:
Yesterday you could buy 16,069d for a dollar.
Today you can buy 16,079d for that same dollar.
A +10 would read: 16,059
I, at times find it hard to think backwards which is what one has to do when calculating currency.

Just like the dinar it is in the NEG numbers now. So we need it to go down to 0 and then start climbing in the Pos numbers.

Take heart, if you hold dinar. It too will pay $$$$.
Just don't see it in the Dong as of yet.
And remember:
The Forex market has an average daily volume of $1.5 trillion per day, making it 150 times larger than the New York Stock Exchange!
The Forex market differs from other financial markets in that it has no central location or exchange. It is instead a global electronic network of banks and traders that trade one currency for another in every major financial center in the world. The result is a 24/hour a day market!
