NGIR will hold its AGM on 6 August 2013
NGIR eligible shareholders will receive a 25% cash dividend .
NGIR will resume trading on 28 July 2013 . The starting share price for the first session will be 4.450 IQD ,which can move up or down by 50% .

Stock going from .80 to 4.45.
Do you have to own stock for certain period of time to be eligible?

That is a typo. The company is IITC (Iraqi for Tufted Carpets). I will buy this stock soon.

I was looking on Aljazera Brokerage Important Announcement.

What's going on with "price can go up or down 50% during the session"?


24 July 2013 . There will be no ISX trading session tomorrow ( Thursday ,25 July 2013 ) and on Thursday 1 August 2013 , as these two days have been announced holidays .

BBOB held its AGM on 10 July 2013 . BBOB decided to give eligible shareholders 13.14% free shares . They can also subscribe to 29.71% paid-up shares at 1 IQD per share . BBOB will resume trading on 29 July 2013 . The starting share price for the first session will be 1.580 IQD , which can move up or down 50% during the session .

BUND held its AGM on 21 July 2013 . BUND will give 20% free shares to eligible shareholders . BUND will resume trading on 29 July 2013 . The starting share price for the first session will be 1.350 IQD , which can go up or down 50% during the session .
