The count down has truly begun. They need to do something soon. The distribution of wealth here is critical IMO.

Final vote on the HCL I imagine - stick a fork in it, she's done.
More hurdles or is it smooth sailing now ?
This week should set the pace - speed this thing up or we still be snailing along still?
Looking forward to a new Iraqi beat.

I just read this again - 99.9% Sure it is the HCL they are talking about.
Maybe the barricades are a good idea if this thing hits (you can see me sitting on one now watching my coconuts) - form a single line please.

""We will continue to construct the security barriers in the Adamiyah neighborhood. This is a technical issue,'' Brig. Gen. Qassim al-Moussawi said. "Setting up barriers is one thing and building barriers is another. These are moveable barriers that can be removed.''

The saddest part is we just started to wall up neighborhoods without coordinating, little alone, ask the Iraqi Government for permission to do this...This is the most troubling thing to me is we just tear about, on our own without asking the Iraqis if we should.
Like in the past weeks, the Iraqi Government had spend months to get an agreement to move Al Sadr's Militia into the main stream...kind of incorporate them into the home guard (like the american Natl Guard) only to have us try to take him out without first discussing it with the Iraqis and it almost brought about AL Sadr's rise to power - luckly the Parliament was closed by a need to redecorate the lunch room before his ministers could resign and his voting block could call for a none-confidence vote against the PM ...leading to a new a election and surprise only one candidate (not Kurd nor Sunni)...Al Sadr wins an easy election...
We sometimes IMO have been our own worse enemy and by not working with the Iraqis does make us an army of occupation...We have this state of mind from Bush on down "don't tell us...we know better..."
Anyway!!!
