Who can sell Dong??

Hi this is my first post, nut I have been around for over a year. I mainly read everyone's posts. I own Dinar, and am addicted to this forum!:happy64: I am still very positive that the Dinar will pan out sooner tahn later! I have a question for anyone. I have family and friends living in Vietanm, and travel back and forth to the USA. I would be interrested in selling VN Dong, but I dont know the legalities?? Does anyone know what the law is on sellling on E-bay, ETC??
