They should be told to stop arguing, pass the laws then have their recess in the knowledge they have actually done some work! :rolleyes:

The GOI shouldn't even be thinking or day dreaming about any long breaks until they pass and implement all of Iraq's crucial laws...:no:

Well it is bad either way. If there is no recess that means they didn't pass any of the laws we need for an RV and our wait will be longer. The other way is they'll take a recess without passing the laws we need for our RV regardless of what anyone says. :mad:

The third alternative is they'll quickly pass the laws we need and take their recess on time but that's just fantasy. :no:
