just checked it, the rate has always been 16.xxx,xx
no decimel or comma

i don't know what to think of it, maybe a typo

I could be mistaken ( ain't above it !) but I believe there is a dong forum around the bottom of the index

Well if its a typo then they got it wrong on every curency

Your right it looks like its Rv ed,

would like to hear this from some one who Knows a little more than me though. Well come on guys show us were wrong.

1 US dollar = 16,048 dong

its been 16.xxx,xx for months

its also 5/4/07 about 9 am there (12 hr difference0

nothing major. Check www.oanda.com and go to the currency converter.
convert then check the history and you'll find that it moves up and down pretty often but doesn't amount to much.
