I think this is a terrible idea that will never fly, does not give any country a significant advantage for its economic performance. Capitalism will always prevail because that is where the true power lies, it will take the leading countries to give up their power to start the movement and I do not believe they ever would. Sure the power will continue to shift more towards the East, i.e. China and India will become the new world leaders and will be just as greedy as the west has been!
