I have been talking to Chase downtown Houston. If u don't have an account you have to pay a percentage to cash in.
If you hv no account u pay nothing to cash in.
Some of the Chase banks are only selling to their account holders now customer service thing.
If you cash in now you get the going rate and Chase’s rate is lower than what is on the FOREX.
If you have an account and you cash in at a branch your money will go into your account with in 24 hrs because they have to send your Dinar downtown. However if you go downtown yourself you'll get your money on the spot. The branches seem to change a lot but it's all about hv n an account.

When will we realize that democracy won't work in Iraq. It is too foriegn to their culture. What we need to do is inflate the value of the NID and make them all rich. Then they'll like us! It worked in Kuwait! Let's be serious!

I ordered on Friday and I always get them next day even on a Saturday. I have not received them yet.
680.00 is robbery! Cannot imagine what the spread will be it you cash in 1M USD. Probably 750k. Chase profits 250k.
