Iraq : Parliament intends deducting a percentage of oil revenues to help the displaced in the neighboring countries
بغداد (11 حزيران/يونيو) وكالة (آكي) الايطالية للأنباء - قال نائب رئيس لجنة المهجرين والمهاجرين في مجلس النواب العراقي باسم الحسني، إن اللجنة تعتزم إعداد مسودة مشروع، سيتم رفعها إلى هيئة الرئاسة لإقرارها وإحالتها إلى البرلمان، تتضمن تخصيص نسبة 3% من عائدات البلاد النفطية لمساعدة اللاجئين العراقيين في دول الجوار.Baghdad (June 11) and the agency (Lucky) Italian News-Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Displaced Persons and Migrants in the House on behalf of the Iraqi bono, that the Commission intends to prepare a draft will be submitted to the Presidency for approval and referral to Parliament, including the allocation of 3% of the country's oil revenues to help Iraqi refugees in neighboring countries.
وقال الحسني في تصريح لوكالة (آكي) الايطالية للأنباء إن "أية آلية نهائية ومحددة لكيفية صرف هذه العائدات لم يتم تحديدها لحد الآن، إلا أنه لم يخف وجود عدة مقترحات بهذا الشأن، منها مقترح بصرف هذه التخصيصات في حال الموافقة عليها، على شكل خدمات صحية واجتماعية في البلدان المضيّفة لهؤلاء اللاجئين".Bono said in a statement to Agence (Lucky) Italian News that "any final and specific mechanism for spending those proceeds have not been identified so far, but he did not hide the existence of several proposals in this regard, including the proposal regardless of these specialties, if approved, in the form of health and social services in the host countries of these refugees."
وأشار إلى أن "اللجنة تنتظر موعد عقد الاجتماع المقبل لدول الجوار العراقي، لطرح هذا الموضوع ضمن جدول الأعمال، وبحث موضوع اللاجئين العراقيين بشكل مفصل"، وأضاف أن "اللجنة ستطلب قريبا عقد جلسة خاصة لمجلس النواب، لمناقشة معاناة المهجرين والمهاجرين العراقيين، سواء داخل العراق أم خارجه، وسوف تطرح اللجنة بالتفصيل، موضوع تخصيص جزء من العائدات المالية لهؤلاء المهجرين، بالشكل الذي يكشف حجم معاناة هذه الشريحة، أملا في استحصال موافقة أعضاء البرلمان على إقرار هذا التخصيص المالي".He pointed out that "the waiting time of the next meeting of Iraqi neighboring states, to put this issue on the agenda, and discuss the issue of Iraqi refugees in detail," and added that "the committee will soon hold a special meeting of the parliament to discuss the suffering of the displaced and Iraqi immigrants, whether inside Iraq or outside, and will put the detail, the issue of privatizing part of the financial returns of these immigrants, as it reveals the magnitude of the suffering this segment, in the hope of obtaining approval of the members of Parliament to endorse the financial allocation.
