The article (140) of the Parliament of Kurdstan establish working mechanisms
اربيل: عقدت لجنة متابعة المادة (140) المشكلة في برلمان كوردستان اجتماعاً ترأسه الدكتور كمال كركوكي نائب رئيس برلمان كوردستان، وقد أكدت اللجنة تنفيذ جميع فقرات المادة (140) من الدستور في وقتها المحدد.Arbil : The Committee for the follow-up article (140) Kurdstan problem in the Parliament held a meeting chaired by Dr Kamal Kerkuki Vice President of the Parliament of Kurdstan, and the Commission affirmed the implementation of all paragraphs of Article (140) of the Constitution in a timely manner.

ورفضهم الاصوات المنادية بتحويل كركوك الى أقليم مستقل وتأجيل الاستفتاء حول مصيرها.And their voices are calling for the conversion of Kirkuk to the autonomous region and the postponement of a referendum on the determination.
