Baghdad (newsletter). Said economist Mohammed dargham, the importance of using electronic financial transactions systems, to reduce the use of paper currency are vulnerable to damage and theft.

He noted: the need to take the assurances of mobile companies that process is confidential and secure enough to keep stocks of citizens using these services.
