It's always good to be on the winning side! Why do I get a warm fuzzy feeling inside when terrorists get what they deserve! :p

It seems that there is plenty of good news, all you have to do is look. The media is not interested in positive things.

Check this out:

SAMARRA, IRAQ – In recent days Iraqi Police Commandos have seized illicit weapons and captured several insurgents, one, a Saudi who has denounced the insurgency, and according to multinational officials, was “relieved” to be captured by the commandos.

The apprehensions began March 11 when the Police Commando’s 1st battalion set up a series of flash checkpoints west of Samarra. FOX news has been bannering "BIG FACTS", I believe is what it's called, during its news casts. Yesterday there were about 10 facts bannered that was ALL positive about Iraqi progress. Schools, reconstruction, health, etc. It was extremely refreshing to see them get even more up on Iraq!
Good job FOX.......They are now focusing more on how many terrorists are being killed and captured and not dwelling on the honorable sacrifices the troops on the ground are suffering. They are presenting U.S. deaths in a light of service to a good cause. I'm feeling better every week......soon my drooling friends....soon. http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_1_11.gif (http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb001_ZNxmk137YYUS)

i was going to tune into CNN Wolf Blitzer was having a news section where he went to Iraq and Kuwait and had film footage of progress but the entire hour segment was BLACKED OUT, i don't suppose anyone else got to see it either.
I guess the government didnt want particular sites revealed, since there were going to be sensative locations and sites.

I just heard a story on Fox about an insurgent attack on civillians in the market. It seems that the shopkeepers killed some of the terrorists.

This is what will cause Iraq to succeed. The people taking charge. :huge:

More than 1,000 people in Qatar have rallied in protest over a suicide car bombing that killed a Briton and injured 12 other people.

Protesters rallying at the site of the explosion waved the national flag and held banners saying "No to Terrorism", while some said prayers.
