Maybe thats not (I don't know either way, I have never read the Koran) mindset of them as a whole. If I were a betting man, I would say this is more the belief of those outside the 4-sigma range of normalcy that have just hijacked Islam to fit their modus operandii. Al Tweeda Iraq have been getting spanked by our boys for a long time. Ever hear of the term cannon fodder? Thats exactly what they will be if they try to stand and fight. Our boys will probablly welcome clear targets for a change.

I'd highly recommend all non-muslims read the Koran/Quran. It was an eye-opener...

I refuse to cast aspersions/besmirch another religion, so others should be the judge. I will say this -- after reading the Koran, it's easier to understand how things like infibulation, suicide bombings, beheadings and the destruction of ancient buddhist statues can occur within a 'divinely ordained' pretext.

did anyone see a story on fox news today( dayside with linda vester) about insurgents and foriegn terrorist confessing on televised broadcasts in iraq? it also showed the families confronting the terrorists face to face about killing thier families.the terrorists are naming names about where/what country/ they are from,who paid and trained them and so on.looks like the car batteries are workin. (I DON'T CONDONE TORTURE)also looks like syria is in a big ole' hot seat. guess this is like the iraqi version of COPS! The radical extremists are the problem with Islam (not that you'll get me saying 'religion of peace' in the same sentence as the word islam anytime soon :mad: ). But if you look at the leaders of these extremist organizations, they are almost exclusively from wealthy Arab families that recruit poor Arabs to die for them. OBL is a rich Saudi that uses oil money that could be helping poor Saudis to recruit poor Saudis to kill infidels and then hides in a cave when it's time to pay the bill.
