This doesn't look like the refineries law that was passed on Tuesday. This is something different. Is it the rest of the HCL?

Not sure what to make of this post Lance!
We have heard so much contradictory news these last couple of weeks that it's actually hard to try and make sense of it!
I'm not in any GREAT BIG hurry for this to RV. Anytime soon will work, pacience is the key to this investment...we will know soon enough one way or another. Thanks for sharing!

I remember the bad old days when absolutely nothing happened for months on end.
All of the activity lately (IMO) is VERY exciting. They are working all around the HCL. Seems there are many laws that need to be signed off on before they get to the big one. And they are moving at a good clip!!!!

So true! This is lightning speed for them. Could it be the twelveth hour? Could it almost be ShowTime?

I think they are taking bits and pieces of the HCL Law and approving it bit by bit. Another thought is they are releasing it bit by bit and have already approved the HCL Law. What does everyone else think. Perplexing at best.

Thanks Lance, hope springs eternal, I lost my saved copy of the HCL, the article is clear as to the number of articles in the passed bill (19). Does anyone know the number of articles in the HCL?
