Titles & User Groups

In preparation for the launch of our new websites (Vietnam, Off topic), we have to do some major work with our current User Groups. We will have to synchronize member databases throughout our sites which means we need to have standard titles for now. We will be migrating everyone into the Investor Usergroup for now (except for new members). At some point, we will create new User Groups and titles for them.
