I haven't posted here before, though I have been reading for almost a year now. I just want to let you guys in on an Article posted by the VOI which is talking about how Kurdistan's Parliament is going to discuss the HCL and another law next week, here's the link: http://www.aswataliraq.info/look/english/article.tpl?IdLanguage=1&IdPublication=4&NrArticle=51406&NrIssue=2&NrSection=1

I don't know if this has any importance to the Iraqi parliament, but they are at least now wanting to go somewhere, before they were wanting to wait to discuss the HCL and what not.
