Kurdistan Parliament ratified the four articles of the Law on Oil and Gas

The Kurdistan Parliament consists of 111 members, Aïcha blocs, green and two members were belonging to the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, led by Jalal Talabani president, yellow and Bloc members belonging to the Kurdistan Democratic Party led by President Massoud Barzani's Kurdistan region, as well as lists representing other parties. The bloc called the Green's parliamentary session last Tuesday, postponing the discussion of the law of oil and gas in Kurdistan to a later date, but the request was refused by the presidency of the parliament, left on the impact that members of the bloc green room

Yeah I'm glad to see at least some of the iraqis are benefiting from our time over there. Just wish it was on a broader scale.

To be fair, the Kurds have had a ten or twelve year head start. They started learning how to govern through democracy back in the early 90`s.

yeah but come on you would think even the most stubborn of people would at least come together for the better of their countrymen. Maybe that's just my wishful thinking.

Those people have a different way of thinking. I believe greed is a language everybody knows and understands. They`ll get there somehow.

Except that religious differences "over there" are the equivalent to aliens from outer space and humans working together. The Kurds could develop their cooperation quickly because at the beginning and end of the day they're all still "Kurds" and have the same priorities and concerns...
