RTI International wins Iraq work

Officially titled 'Iraq Strengthening Local and Provincial Governance', the $90 million deal involves, among other tasks, the training of newly elected provincial council members.
The second contract is worth $15 million and is aimed at training staff in Iraq's health sector. Both start in May
