Jaafari to miss Istanbul meeting of Iraq neighbours
BAGHDAD (AFP) - Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari said he, rather than Prime Minister Ibrahim Jaafari, would lead a delegation to a meeting of Iraq's neighbours in Istanbul because negotiations on completing the Iraqi government were still under way.
The prime minister "is engaged in discussions to fill the remaining posts in the cabinet," Zebari told AFP, adding that Jaafari "is scheduled to present the full cabinet to the national assembly to be sworn in on Tuesday".
