I may be missing something but I just don't understand how the Dinar has an exchange rate with other currencies that fluctuates daily even though it is not traded internationally (I'm still new to this). Any info would be appreciated.

Actually, any exchange at this point is mere calculation/speculation by the Central Bank of IRAQ. They stepped behind the green curtain and gave it a value. After that, they see how much of each currency comes in and MAY fluctuate theirs accordingly. The only way to get it, is to Follow The Yellow Brick Road !
