1- I have read what was published in the New York Times and what was send by our customers and I was shocked, but I thank new York times because it has delivered our hoarse voice to the American people .

2- I will start by giving assurance to the customers who had deposited their money at Warka Bank , that their money is in safe hand and being used in pure banking business and has nothing what so ever with terrorists, and that our bank from the date of it's incorporation it's only aim is profit ion and profit.

3- I praise highly the reporter who published the news and I mean his honesty in mentioning the savage way my house was raided in a cowboy way and the confiscating of 6 million US Dollars , this money is the capital we do business with and it is the money of the shareholders and salaries of the employees in the bank, and the safeguarding of this money is my responsibility first, and when I keep in my house , I am safeguarding it with my life and I bear the hole responsibility, instead of keeping it in the vault of the bank in Baghdad the capital of Iraq which I wish that who reads my words come to Baghdad and see by his own eyes what happens after midnight.For your information ,all the monies that we have we keep at the central bank of Iraq.This money was supposed to be transported to our branch in sulimaniya in the north of Iraq in my armored car as I had a meeting with telephone mobile company.Unfortunatly, This is how money is transferred in Iraq.

4- I insist that I am an Iraqi and I am closely attached to my homeland and it is the pledge of my family Al Bunnia to build and construct Iraq and this is our commitment for years and years, to serve Iraq through companies and bank and others business and we have nothing to do with politics ( the politics has no uncle as we say in Iraq ), and if you make a questionnaire in Iraq from south to north by asking what do you know about Al Bunnia family and do they have any relation with previous governments, the result will be that the whole family is a business family and capitalist only .

5- My astonishment is that the Iraqi government and after two years do not know who is behind financing the terrorists and from where, whether from outside or inside Iraq.

I do not know how we seek to establish the state of law, and every one in Iraq can be accused by the charge of the century which is terror by whispering in the ears of USA forces in Iraq. I assure that there’s no proof or documents against who is arrested and on releasing him they apologize. I was promised by General Karl Horst That he will furbish me with a letter once he receives approval from his commanders
