I just wanted to inform everyone thatI'm on the road to a Bio diesel production Faculity Here in PA before a larger one that is being constucted in Altoona, estimated to start producing in late 2006

The site is aready set up to handle the transfer of motor oil's and is currently not in use .. :happy64:

Possible max. production from this site is 21 million gallons a year !!!!

I was looking to Build a site for 15 mgpy this is way better... it's turn key ...2 /12,000 gallon tanks & 2 /15,000 gallon tanks with all the piping , pumps, metering devices & distrubition racks for loading tankers already in place to start production :happy64:

I personally know the owner of the property and he has offered a lease for me to get started with this project !!

I'm meeting with him on Tuesday after I meet with my local SCORE rep.

This is way faster than I could have ever dreamed of .. to be a bio diesel marketeer with in 30 days .... waaaa hoooooooo

I'm still on cloud nine & won't touch down to earth for at least another week ....

I have 2 IFF members here that are interested in this venture with me and there is a need for both of their skills that they will bring to this company.

I know the rest will see me on the news because if things goes the way I plan & hope .. then I'll be shaking President Bush's Hand at the opening cermonies !!!

Never try to guess what the futuer holds , because you can wake up one morning & everything has changed ,better or worse then it was the day before ..

I have 100% faith in God and he does provide in HIS time frame .. not ours
and all events are his will to allowing them to happen .

I will post some pictures of the site when I have them on Weds or Thurs ...

I'm soo excited ..... :happy64:

Biodiesel the wave of the future...or is it the present??

Great going!

I've been reading about the alternate vehicles and I am undecided on a hybrid or a diesel which can run on vegetable oil. Gotta do more research.

Best of luck. If it pans out for you then it should help all.

Hey Bryan,

I have a question, and I will ask it here because others may wonder the same thing. I was looking at buying a volkswagon (jetta, golf, beetle, or pissat) because they sell them with a TDI (Turbo Diesel Injection) engine that gets almost 50 miles to the gallon. Could I run bio diesel fuel with this engine? Would it need any modifications? Can you just mix the two fuels (if I had to because I needed fuel but could not find the bio diesel)? Thank you.

PS - Congratulations on your big news! Sounds exciting!

Hey Buck hope this answers your questions. Most cars don't need any modifications. If it is an older diesel (before mid 90's) you have to be careful with the rubber parts in your fuel lines, biodiesel can eat through certain types of rubber.
Biodiesel is the wave of the future, you can create your own biodiesel for around $0.60 gallon. You do have to pay a Gov tax if you create your on biodiesel, though. You can also mix it with regular diesel in your gas tank.

You can read up on it at this website

no hydraulics necessary......built a verrrrrrry small prototype of my design...worked the way i imagined it......just need the gumption to get around and make big ones....or bigger ones that are more practical and more intricate than the one i made

Any info on how well this stuff works in the EPA 03 engines? Couple people I talked to complained about it gumming up catalytic converters and being messy as all hell in the rebreather.

DrE

NYINVEST....chances are that biodiesel was made from 'yellow' (used) veggie oil that may or most probably has not been processed properly. Another problem, if you can call it that, is that if you have used regular diesel for any length of time....there is a placque or varnish that forms in your fuel tank and lines....pure biodiesel will actually disolve these coatings which in turn will sometimes gum up filters, etc. This can be 'prevented by changing filters more frequently when you first use BioD or using a blend of 20% BioD to 80% petro diesel. In answer to an earlier question about mixing regular diesel and BioD.....just pour them together and go down the road and they will mix and not separate. :happy64:

Hope this answered your questions.....

Yes you can ,
I was looking at the the new VW SUV : Toureg :D

But to fill it up here on the East coast is the current problem now .. but more Bio-diesel pumps are starting to pop-up all over and I want to fill up their tanks ..

I would check with the Manufacture First before you use straight B-100

You can splash blend 20% bioD & 80% Petro-Diesel( currently the standard for road use ) by yourself with no fear of damage to your car ..

There are reports that car & truck owners currently use B-100 with no problems

I know that Fords F-350 & 450 Superduty Fuel tanks have a coating in their tanks that comes off when using B-100 .

But they are working on the problem to find a compatible Tank coating.

Bio fuels also Smell alot better comming out of the exhaust pipe then diesel .... :huge:

I do not think there are any modification needed to be used now .

Mercedes currently has a conversion kit to burn 100% vegtable oils in their vehicals .

Hoped this answerd your question ..

Boy what a bright future this bio diesel has, I think the market could explode, especially with GWB pushing it.

I was reading, and thinking. A grain could be used to produce bio diesel, go next door and be used to make ethenol, and then go next door and be fed to livestock! What a great operation. This could create jobs, reduce our dependence on foreign oil, and help the farmers. Win-win big time. Bryan you are really on to something here! I wish I had some money to invest with this enterprise. What little investment capital I have is tied up in the NID!

I wanted to share some exciting News I recieved yesterday ...

I have locked down a Letter of Intent for the Purchase of 10 million gallons of Biodiesel to my 1st real customer ...

Cost of fuel & quick profit & loss calculations ..

10mgpy
Cost of soy product is aprox .1.70 per gallon
Conversion cost is aprox .40 per gallon ( est. figure ) can be produced as low as .17 with the system I want to use ..

sales of Biodiesel are currently @ $ 2.65 with 1.00 tax rebate per gallon ..

After production costs and materials you get a NET profit of 5.5 million per 10 mgpy.

That only Increase as the Feed stock cost is reduced

Used Oil for Free!!!!
Sell back to them @ a wholesale cost for their truck fleet !

they save cost of fuel .. I get the operating cost down .. stil make a profit @ wholesale price . I get Tax credits . They get energy credits for using Biodiesel .. Everyone is Happy !!! :happy64:
This Contact I made has sold BILLIONS & Billions gallons of Motor,Heating oil , Fuel & Kero fuel over the years and is very, very Wealthy ...

I think I have Stepped right in it ...
& I like It ...

Besides Making money as a common Intrest > He is a fellow Surfer And that is the Coolest thing .. We talked for over and hour about Surfing than we did talking about Bio diesel ..

The contact and Meeting with so many Promminated & Influencial people BOOGLED me That I'm in the right Place At the Right time....

I will Invited everyone here that wants to come to the Ribbion cutting Event ... I'm looking @ Jan 1 2006 as my production start date !!!!

With the potential to produce 100 million Gallons :happy64: within 3 years is truely a reality that can happen !!!
WOW !

We will be needing Bio Diesel Refineries in the US ...alot Sooner than originaly expected ... The Concept has caught on big time and we are off & running ..

Tax credits for the Producers ..Tax Incentives for Corporations that use it .. and Grant funding to get them ( ME ) Started !! Could we ask for more .. besides the IQD opening at a deacent rate before Dec 05 ??

Thank you Lord !!! Thank you Jesus !!!

Thanks for the Support everyone ..

B- Plan is at the hands of DEP official as we speak and he will review today and tell me what is available by tommorow ...... :happy64: :drunk: :happy64:

Yes Mechtech , The company I'm dealing with has turn key units that are transportable and can be placed outdoors .

You can start a refinery just about anywhere the permits will allow you to ..

The Warmer Enviroment the Better for winter production months ... So the SW would be great location ... It could be used for Electricity production and Diesel powered equipment / vehicles .. just to mention a few uses ...
