After the establishment of two new banks in Iraq, Iraqi investors announced the formation of two other banks. The four private sector banks have a combined capital of $100 million.

Every time a new foreign bank is granted permission to operate in Iraq, it is good news for us.
Remember, these banks were not asked to get in by the Iraqi government, these banks applied for permission from the Iraqi government to operate in Iraq.
Although all banks give us ample reasons to dislike them, they do know a good investment when they see one. :huge:
