With that in mind, when the wife of the environmentally outspoken leader of the Police discusses the huge carbon footprint she and her husband have, sycophantic green media should pay attention and recognize that virtually all such wealthy alarmists are advocating policies for the masses that they themselves will NEVER adhere to.

None of the supposedly eco-friendly celebs follow their own advice (including Oscar/Nobel Prize winner Al Gore - whose estate eats up the same amount of electricity per month as say 20 average homes - don't believe me? it's true:

So - celebs get the word out for free, and these eco-nuts are saving millions upon millions in huge marketing costs. Madonna still gets to fly multiple private jets, heat multiple estate homes and court around her huge entourage in gas guzzlers, and the average person needs to take cold showers and wipe with one square - and one ply, no less. Spare change anyone? (nod to geowhiz for that one... :rofl: )
