All five groups that track deaths in Iraq had a decline from June to July. Iraq Body Count (IBC) went from 1,934 in June (https://www.iraqbodycount.org/database/) to 1,481 in July. The Iraqi Government had 1,669 deaths in July compared to 1,922 in June (http://www.dailystar.com.lb/News/Middle-East/2014/Aug-01/265712-iraq-says-more-than-1600-killed-in-july.ashx#axzz398JxsnD). The United Nations had the largest decline going from 2,417 in June to 1,737 to July (http://www.dailystar.com.lb/News/Middle-East/2014/Aug-01/265712-iraq-says-more-than-1600-killed-in-july.ashx#axzz398JxsnD). Neither of those numbers included Anbar. The violence there has kept U.N. officials out of the province. Agence France Presse had the lowest counts with 996 deaths (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aia6y6NymliRdEZESktBSWVqNWM1dkZOSGNIVmtFZ EE#gid=29) in June and 585 in July. Finally Musings On Iraq had the most fatalities with 2,822 in June and 2,195 in July. While the range amongst the organizations was huge in July they all followed the same trend. All their statistics went down from June to July.
