One problem we have is newbies asking questions that have been asked dozens of times before. And to make it worse they ask the questions in the middle of ongoing threads. I see there are a lot of suggestions concerning creating special threads or limitting access etc. There was also a plan to consolidate the entire forum a daunting task indeed. So why not add a basic Dinar primer to the FAQ? In it give definitions of the most Frequently Asked Questions such as what is a peg? What is a float? etc. And add a bar at the top of the Forum that says "All Newcomers MUST read this FAQ prior to posting" Or have reading the FAQ a requirement of registering to post here. And at the top of the FAQ for newbies (another idea have a separate FAQ for Newbies) tell them to please read through portions of the forum before clogging things up with redundant questions. I realize there is some of what I describe here already in place. But clearly it's not doing what it is intended for. Just a suggestion, use it or modify it, or simply ignore it.
