Thursday, July 17, 2008 07:16 GMT Chief of Kirkuk provincial council Razgar Ali threatened in a news conference to cut off oil supplies around Iraq if Parliament continues to interfere in the electoral process in the province. Ali added that any decision taken without referring to the provincial council is unacceptable and will spur problems even if all lawmakers have agreed thereof.

Well, that's just dandy! The most progressive area in Iraq seems to be the one bound and determined to cause as much dissent as it can. Sure they have issues with the GOI, but why make it difficult on their so-called fellow countrymen. They talk a good game. Just like the rest of them in Baghdad.
Watching their own backsides seems to be the way it will always be with no room for comprimise.

some point of views peg the Article 140 at the heart of the no HCL, it continues to held hostage until the get this under control.
