Dear Warka Investors,

Please be informed that the following companies have issued dividends:
North Bank:

1- 5% cash dividends for those stocks purchased in 2006
2- 12% cash dividends for those stock purchased in 2007

Credit Bank:
1- 40% free capital shares
2- 40% cash dividends

National Metallic Industries and Bicycles:
1- 7.5% cash dividends.

How can you tell if Warka has actually credited your account with these shares ???
Wish there was a way to check online !!
Do we have to contact Warka and ask for a Porfolio Total ??

At this time,Warka does not have a way to keep us informed of our stocks.However,you can open an account with them,get a pen number,and password,and you can check on your dinars in your savings,and checking account.Warka is working very hard to get the electronic banking online,and it's my opinion that it will not be long before we can get all ionformation on line.

How do you exactly check to make sure you have received the dividends?
I have shares in all of those.

I assumed the amount was deposited into your dinar account? I too have North Bank which I bought in 2007 and still waiting for my 12% dividends.

I haven't received my North Bank cash dividend either, I expect they have not allocated them yet. I'm sure they will though in time - after all they put it on the main website. :star:

I sure wish I owned a lot of ASHOUR Hotel stock-Warka announced they are giving a 100%paid up capital stock.WHOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!

it takes a while for the dividends to show up in your warka acct. but 1 day you will see a credit and a notation-thats how you know.

Has anyone received their free shares for Middle East Investment Bank yet?
I have received an email on Saturday from Mr I stating the following:

"Yes we just received the Middle East Bank certificate and my staff is working on arranging
and distributing the shares among the eligible shareholders and the results will be provided in due course."

Also, has anyone received shares/dividends relating to the recent announcements?
