I will definately be thanking the Democratic party as I'm paying my capital gains tax next year. I wonder how many jobs our forum alone could have created if that ching was left where it belonged!

With your theory (this is also the Republican theory known as "Voodoo Economics"), less taxes should equal a stronger economy right? Well under the "socialist" Clinton's (Republican words, not mine) watch.. why did the economy prosper so much?

I think I would rather go back to having a "tax and spend" so-called liberal that at least makes our economy and way of life stronger than a "cut taxes and spend" right-winger that is hell-bent on destroying it. That's just me though. :wave:
