MSNBC states that the ISX will open to foreigners early next year. Could this mean the dinar open date is also next year?

I figure that is a guess. I seriously doubt that MSNBC has had any more luck finding out an opening date than all the people on here. Who knows...

Although it says it was updated today, the article was originally written back around July 18th. Not sure exactly what part of the article was updated, but based on our email responses back from the ISX General Manager, the ISX looks to open in September to foreign investors. We'll have to wait and see.
