U.S. analysts are talking about mismanagement and corruption in Iraq's Kurdistan

U.S. analysts said the failure of Iraq's Kurdistan regional president Massoud Barzani, the region and puts people at risk.

According to a report posted on the newspaper "World Politiks Review" U.S. foreign policy affairs that bad governance of the President of Kurdistan region Massoud Barzani, had to transform Yasser Arafat to the people of Kurdistan.

The report added that Barzani beyond the authority of Baghdad, Erbil, which seeks to businesses to sign contracts with foreign independently.

The report pointed to widespread corruption in the government of Kurdistan is why many companies are unable to pay its employees.
The report warned that in some areas such as Diyala threatens deployment of the Kurdish Peshmerga relationship with the Iraqi army and therefore with the political leadership in Baghdad.

The newspaper said that "the real objective is clear: Barzani and expand the boundaries of Iraqi Kurdistan to include the oil-rich areas before it really took the pillars of the Iraqi state and the authority of the central government in Baghdad."

All families in Iraq are corrupt.
That is thier way of life.
They've never had a market economy to prosper from so they do it the mafia way.

This doesn't bode well for the ISX.
Iraqi Mafia looking at the borad and deciding who to suck dry next.

Great time to stuff your pockets and blame the mafia for missing funds.
