Bailout dish has heaping side of pork

Here we are, in the midst of the biggest financial crisis since the Great Depression, and the members of the U.S. Senate (http://www.nydailynews.com/topics/U.S.+Senate) are busy dispensing pork in a shameless fashion.
In their vote on the $700 billion Wall Street (http://www.nydailynews.com/topics/Wall+Street) bailout Wednesday night, senators packed the bill with scores of lavish goodies to please favored groups and win support from opponents in today's House vote.

The market was up 300 points, As soon as it saw the bill pass it started down. It has now lost 439 points. Markets don't like government interference.
