Try clearing your browser cache, browsing history, temp files, etc. If it still doesn't work, try deleting your link. Then search Cental Bank of Iraq and bookmark the link with a fresh link. they've really jazzed the site up since the last time I visited it and I haven't had it bookmarked since it got stuck @ 1170. I had no trouble loading the site.
