Have a look on this site for a list of all the companies that have a % in the privet sector
http://www.industry.gov.iq/?id=contactus_1 this list also tells you what the company is doing or makeing, I can see the State keeping some shares, and on the upside they will be passing contracts to them
Do a search for the comps that made a fortune in Kuwait after the Iraqi's were sent home
Banks are just steady ploders no big % of profit on them
Construction made a shed load
A company instaling chain link fences made massive amounts of money, boatloads of the stuff and they made the biggest % in the thousands
Hotels with the new min buy in of 200,000 shares, the way around this is to buy the 200,000 hotel shares in the Babylon Hotel them sell 150,000 if you only want 50,000 shares then do the same with some other hotels
I have read somewhere that the Babylon Hotels assets are such that their share price should be at least 300 dinars each which makes my 75,000 shares worth over 22 million nice

Check back in the old stuff in the ISX back to the Baghdad Stock Exchange to see what shares were worth, lots of prices over 50 dinars each
