sorry for the delayed response, but I've never gotten a visitor msg. and didn't know how to get back to it! The only thing we know for sure, is that whatever they do, it will facilitate the flow of that oil into the market place. It will not be done independently of several world regulatory bodies, they don't have that freedom, which is why they're screaming about soverignty.

hey dollar, first just want to say thanks for all the great information, i love it. im a 23yr old kid with a dream. i got put on to this venture by a friend of my father. thought it was crazy at first, then did some research and my basic logic led me to invest. i feel like all signs point to yes for us but i can't shake the dreaded "rebase" article. It basically says that they plan to rebase in two years. Do you buy it? Whenever you have time I'd like to get your thoughts on this. What do you do for a living? and what drove you to get down and dirty with this investment? hope to hear from you soon. thanks
