The distributor won't ship US Mail but off the Bay they will. The $9.99 bottle with free shipping. I wouldn't saw into it but drill a tiny hole into the side and use a wax dam to contain the acid. Have your water handy and be well ventilated. Kitchen vent on full blast. If the bar starts smoking drop it into the water. I drill holes with my X-acto blade. Slowly as not to brake the tip.
