    Marine,

    I do not take the question personally; there are a number of items that will cause further delay in significant appreciation of the Dinar. Parliamentary Elections in March will result in the new parliament reviewing the oil contracts already signed by the oil majors. They will also review the and make changes to the constitution. Between oil contracts and the constitution this could tie parliment up for all of 2010. Another issue is Kirkurk which is still not resolved. This is an issue which will not be easy because Shi'ite, Sunni, Turkmen, and Kurds have underlying agendas and this will not be an easy issue to address. These issues will delay passage of the HCL and the release from UN Sanctions.

    I appreciate your posts and value your opinion. You had mentioned you did not feel there would be an increase in the dinar through 2010 (or better put- "significant")... what are you seeing that leads you to this conclusion?

    I don't challenge it, I am all about the education.

    NO.....as smart as you are ..you better keep those Dinars in your shoe box....with all the info everyone knows for sure the BIG RV is just around the corner...LOL...and yeah having those dinars in warka will let you enjoy the increase in value when they go up to the GCC currency rate .... you dumb horses !!!! ..... the part you forget is they will remove the zeros before they do that !!! LOL..... You are way to smart for Warka & the ISX !!! Cash is King remember ...LOL

    Good for you on your Warka and ISX venture...how ever the Dinar will not appreciate more than maybe 10-15 % with out removing the zeros...all the hoping in the world will not change that ... and my friend this is a fact !!! ...for a .30 on a stright revalue Iraq would have to have at least 3 Trillion in reserves....and IF they were able to only have 25% backing ..they would still need ...750 Billion in reserves..... the FACT is the dinar is only going to be worth what they can back ..at some point !!

    I'm really puzzled about you...you seem pretty sharp..yet you do not understand why the dinar can not increase in value 1000's % until they remove the zeros....with trillions of Dinar in circulation it just can't happen ..unlike when the old rate was on they only had billions.... I just don't get you ...sorry !!
